Florida Mandated Reporter Notice

Please be advised that the owner of Carry Them Forward holds professional credentials as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. Under Florida law, the owner is a mandated reporter. While we guard your personal details closely, we are legally required to break confidentiality and notify appropriate authorities or emergency services if any communication or session disclosure indicates:

  • Imminent threat of harm to yourself (suicidal intent).

  • Imminent threat of harm to another specific individual (homicidal or violent intent).

  • Reasonable suspicion of abuse, abandonment, or neglect involving a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
